What locations do you offer for corporate retreats?
We currently offer retreat planning services in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket.
How does the planning process for a corporate retreat work?
Our process begins with a consultation to understand your business/organization needs and objectives. Based on this we will then design the program and itinerary to achieve those goals. Next according to your preferences, we’ll curate a list of suitable venues, activities, and accommodations in one of our three destinations. After you’ve made your selections, we handle all logistics, ensuring a seamless retreat experience.
Can you accommodate large teams?
Yes, we cater to teams of various sizes. Each of our locations offers venues that can handle different group sizes. The largest group we’ve had to date is 200 from 4 countries. Let us know your team size, and we’ll recommend the most suitable options.
How do you handle dietary and accessibility requirements?
We prioritize the comfort and safety of your team. Please inform us in advance about any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, and we’ll ensure all arrangements cater to them.
How far in advance should we book a retreat?
The earlier, the better. Booking at least 3-6 months in advance ensures better venue availability and can help in securing early-bird discounts.
Why should we choose a destination like Chiang Mai or Phuket over Bankok?
Each destination has its unique charm. While Bangkok is bustling and vibrant, locations like Chiang Mai offer a serene environment amidst nature. Phuket, being a beach destination, provides a different backdrop. We can help you select the destination that best aligns with your retreat’s objectives.
What kind of activities can we expect in places like Phuket?
Phuket is renowned for its beaches. You can expect water activities, island hopping, beachside team-building exercises, spa days, and more. Additionally, there are cultural excursions, temple visits, and local market tours to immerse your team in the local culture.
Is transportation to and within the destinations included?
We handle logistics from the point of arrival at the destination. If you require assistance with transportation to the chosen location from your city, please let us know.
What's the average duration of a corporate retreat?
Typically, corporate retreats last between 3 to 7 days. However, we customize the duration based on your objectives and agenda.
How does the pricing work?
Pricing is based on the chosen destination, duration, activities, and other specific requirements. Once we understand your needs, we’ll provide a detailed quote. Beyond Boardroom charges a 10% on the total budget of the retreat.
How do we ensure the safety of our team during the retreat, especially in the current health scenario?
Safety is our utmost priority. We ensure all venues and activities adhere to the highest safety and health standards. Furthermore, all venues are vetted for compliance with local health guidelines.
Can we incorporate company meetings or workshops during the retreat?
Absolutely! Our retreats can be a mix of relaxation and work. We have a network of trainers, consultants and facilitators that we will share with you when we design and craft your retreat. We can arrange for meeting spaces, equipment, and any other requirements you have for official sessions.
Are there any cultural or local customs we should be aware of in these destinations?
Thailand is rich in culture, and there are certain customs to be mindful of. For instance, showing respect to monks, not pointing feet towards Buddha statues, and dressing modestly in temples are some customs. We’ll provide a detailed guide to your team before the retreat.
Who do we contact if there's an issue during the retreat?
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Beyond Boardroom concierge who will at your service 24/7 for any needs or concerns during the retreat.
